白銀供應(yīng)商管理政策
Silver Supplier Management Policy
廣東金業(yè)貴金屬有限公司作為倫敦金銀交易市場(chǎng)協(xié)會(huì)（LBMA）的會(huì)員，為全面實(shí)施OECD關(guān)于在沖突地區(qū)及高危地區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈盡職調(diào)查指導(dǎo)方針，我公司現(xiàn)已推行LBMA盡責(zé)管理體系。
As a Good Delivery Refinery of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), in order to fully implement the OECD guidelines on supply chain due diligence in conflict zones and high-risk areas, Guangdong Jinye Precious Metals Co., Ltd. has implemented the LBMA Responsible Management System.
為配合我公司LBMA體系的順利執(zhí)行，各供應(yīng)商應(yīng)遵守LBMA管理體系的各項(xiàng)要求，并承諾向我公司提供的所有類(lèi)別白銀產(chǎn)品的收購(gòu)均為合法，不涉及以下情況：
In order to coordinate the smooth implementation of our LBMA system, all suppliers shall comply with the requirements of the LBMA Management System and promiseto our company that the acquisition of all types of silver products provided for us shall be legal and not involve the following circumstances:
1、侵犯人權(quán)，強(qiáng)制勞役、童工、殘酷，非人道和羞辱虐待；
1. Violation of human rights, forced labor, child labor, cruelty, inhumanity, and humiliating abuse;
2、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)犯罪，違反國(guó)際人權(quán)法，人權(quán)犯罪或種族屠殺；
2. War crime, violation of international human rights law, human rights crime,or ethnic cleansing;
3、洗錢(qián)，或自高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、沖突地區(qū)采購(gòu)貴金屬；
3. Money laundering or procurement of precious metals from high risk, high conflict area;
4、對(duì)非政府武裝集團(tuán)直接或間接的支持，購(gòu)買(mǎi)貴金屬或提供協(xié)助。
4. Direct or indirect support to the non-governmental armed group and procurement of precious metals or offer assistance.
我公司認(rèn)可的合格供應(yīng)商提供的白銀產(chǎn)品必須符合LBMA管理體系的各項(xiàng)要求，公司的相關(guān)對(duì)接單位須認(rèn)真核實(shí)供應(yīng)商信息，建立供應(yīng)商信息管理檔案，并不定期考察評(píng)估供應(yīng)商風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
Silver products from accredited suppliers must meet the requirements of the LBMA Management System. Relevant liaison organizations of the Company shall carefully verify supplier information, establish supplier information management files, and inspect and evaluate supplier risks from time to time.
根據(jù)《LBMA負(fù)責(zé)任的白銀指南》對(duì)與廣東金業(yè)貴金屬有限公司有白銀交易、白銀加工的所有白銀供應(yīng)商、白銀相關(guān)合作伙伴進(jìn)行以下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)分值設(shè)定（見(jiàn)附件一）。
According to the LBMA Responsible Silver Guidance, following risk level score shall be set for all silver suppliers and silver-related partners that have silver trading or silver processing with Guangdong Jinye Precious Metals Co., Ltd.(see Annex I).
根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分值，公司對(duì)與廣東金業(yè)貴金屬有限公司有白銀交易、白銀加工的所有白銀供應(yīng)商、白銀相關(guān)合作伙伴達(dá)到以下分值，分別采取不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)終止辦法（見(jiàn)附件二）。
The Company shall adopt different risk termination measures for all silver suppliers and silver-related partners that have silver trading and silver processing with Guangdong Gold Industry Precious Metals Co., Ltd. according to the following score (see Annex II).
請(qǐng)各供應(yīng)商自覺(jué)遵守以上制度，并與我公司簽訂《供應(yīng)商社會(huì)責(zé)任承諾書(shū)》（見(jiàn)附件三）。
All suppliers are required to consciously abide by the above system and sign the Letter of Commitment for Social Responsibility of the Supplier (see AnnexIII) with our company.
本管理政策自發(fā)布之日實(shí)施。
The Management Policy shall be implemented from the date of release.
